Grenadier ~Hohoemi no Senshi~ Episode 1
sidenote: what's with all the ~ in show titles lately?? kinda annyoing...
Story:
Pretty fun anime about a gun-slinging and smiling girl named Rushuna (who apparently loves onsen a little too much) who comes across a group of samurai trying to save their lord from some jerks who took over a castle. Yajirou (Yatchan to Rushuna), is a mercenary helping out the samurai who teams up with Rushuna who beats the men that took over the castle by reloading her gun with bullets in her cleavage.

That's pretty much the gist of the story. This show is pretty good, but nothing real special so far. It's kind of a mix of Trigun, Kenshin and Wild Arms 3 but with a girl with enormous breasts as the lead character. I'll keep watching it just cause it's kinda funny and I like the repoire between Rushuna and Yatchan.
